----I knew it was only a matter of time before that would happen. Can't help but wonder if it's really worth getting a police/arrest record over??? Especially if it's on video (both being posted on the internet by the perpetrators as well as being on surveillance) it's not like playing the famous "I Didn't Do It" card is gonna help.

I believe what started the crackdown was one pair of idiots decided to "spice it up" - literally - by adding red pepper or tobasco sauce to the drink. The employees eyes stung for 20 minutes.

Okay, that goes beyond a prank. That's just plain vicious, and the perps should be arrested for battery.

What some people don't get is that the creeps who do this prank aren't just throwing liquid. They're usually flinging cup, ice and all into someone else's face! I'd bet anything if someone did that crap to them, they'd be pissed off.

I think these people should be forced to work drive thru for an entire day and every single customer should get to throw a drink in their face. They make me sick and so angry.

My aunt had that happen to her in a drive thru. Unfortunately, the cameras weren't working to nail the bastards.

That is disgusting and I'mashamed to say that a member of my family did something similar. I don't know the details but I don know that when my cusion was eating a Maccy D's something happened and she threw her milkshake over a worker, and earning herself a year long ban at the same time.

I saw a video of this a few days ago. It made me very sad. How can people have so little empathy? How can they be so callous and mean? Human beings can get so twisted they no longer deserve that name.

For the record, had I been that restaurant worker and someone had thrown jalapeno juice or hot sauce right in my face, I would die.

Seriously, I would die.

I'm highly allergic to capsaicin. If it got in my face, I wouldn't be able to breathe and I would choke to death.

EVERYONE has EVERY right to be mad! That's not only stupid, it's dangerous! People can get seriously injured, and in your case, it could be lethal! Especially if they start making their own concoctions of various ingredients that could include cleaning supplies!
