Bunch of girls had FD Topless Carwashs, for five bucks. People pay, and go around the tarp to have their car washed by the big topless MEN of the fire department. Some of the girls are say YAY! while guys say they got ripped off.
Keep in mind, that sign did NOT say girls would be topless, DID say FD topless.
So it's all good. And funny.
