How about Big Bone, Kentucky? (Or Big Beaver, KY, for that matter).

Of course, when in Big Bone, you MUST visit Big Bone Lick State Park!

My personal favorite is the Bong Recreational Area, near Kenosha, WI.

Here in Colorado, we've got Beaver Creek, Climax, Hygiene (ironic since I imagine it's populated largely by rednecks), Paradox, Woody Creek (Woody Creek + Beaver Creek = Climax hehe)
Pretend there's something here that sounds insightful, but is really just some pseudo-intellectual bull.

I once lived in a place whose name translates to 'Gully of Leeches'.
          Seshat's self-help guide:
          1. Would you rather be right, or get the result you want?
          2. If you're consistently getting results you don't want, change what you do.
          3. Deal with the situation you have now, however it occurred.
          4. Accept the consequences of your decisions.

I know! We were up in Amish country on a shoot several years ago, and we found great humor in the fact that "Blue Ball" and "Virginville" were off in one direction (according to some signs we saw) and "Paradise" was off in another. "Bird In Hand" was there, too. I guess in response to all that frustration.
Intercourse, PA is also in the vicinity.

When I was in college, they had pictures in the cafeteria taken in nearby towns. They didn't have Virginville, but they had all the rest on your list, and Intercourse. At my little Brethren Church-affiliated school
