I concur. Except for the "30 years in retail" guy who seems stuck on stupid insisting OP should have apologized when he did nothing wrong.

I know, that guy was a jerk. I'll bet you he's never worked a day on the floor and he's some sort of manager or something.

hi guys, been a while since I was last here, even post hacked.

I saw the post on Fark and I have to say I am glad to see alot of positive comments from the Farkers.

Hope it's a little education for those working in the non-retail environment and appreciate us a little more for the bullshit that we put up day in and out.

I do have a story to tell later, but today is my wife's birthday, so I am taking her out someplace nice to eat.

The original "vinegar boy" thread was locked before I got a chance to read it, but I think there's an explanation for why he thought it was OK to drink malt vinegar. In some jurisdictions, there's a fairly tight restriction on what you can call "beer" (strength-wise, not the Bavarian purity laws). Stronger beers can only be sold under another name, so they get called "malt liquor". Perhaps Vinegar Boy was too stupid to understand that "malt vinegar" and "malt liquor" are not the same thing.
