I love that commercial. Every time I hear her say "I don't want to go through that again" I practically scream "But you'd get a standing ovation from the retail and service industry!"

Seen it, love it. My favourite part? "The SEAT BELT SIGN IS ON! God!" Just the supreme emotion packed into that one little word. Exasperation doesn't even begin to cover it.
