Military bases overseas can use your unwanted coupons (including those which are 2 months expired!). So please send them overseas, if you're so inclined. Plus, you can also adopt a base if you want to.

Wow, that's a great idea. If anyone else wanted another way to try and help, check out my thread in here on the Center for the Intrepid. It didn't get a lot of attention, and I was kind of upset.
