    After Adams County, Ohio police conducted a raid on rapper Aroman's home in Adams County, he made a video mocking them. The officers involved sued him for "using their likenesses without permission." Today (11/18/26) the verdict came in.

        It's my understanding that, even though the jury found in favor of Afroman, the judge (who had made his own anti-Afroman bias clear on this from the beginning) decided to tell both sides to split the costs of that farce of a trial. This is exceptionally unusual; normally, the loser pays the winner's costs in such a case.
