I worked in horse rescue for seven years, and the things people do to large animals and get away with it are absolutely horrifying. Most people who abused horses within inches of their lives got nothing but a fine.

Animal abusers deserve far worse than they ever get. This brat, a guest at the hamster owner's house, tortured a helpless animal to death...and all he gets is a four year ban on keeping animals and a 12 month supervision order.

I hope they keep track of this kid. We all know that serial killers frequently start out by torturing animals.
