Anti-Sucky Customer

We all know that most sucky customers are their own worse enemy and that if they started out on the right foot and stop being a sourpuss life would work out a lot better.

Because it is Christmas I think I should gift you all with the type of customer we always wish we could have, the type that even when everything goes wrong they can still make it work out.
