I just read on cnn where he's dropped the suit after public opinion rallied behind the parents. He claims (naturally) he feels he was publically lynched.

There's talk of refiling charges against this clown. I hope they do, this guy doesn't deserve to be out among the public!

About 10 years ago, a guy who went to my high school got run over and killed while he was walking home from a party. They never found the guy who did it.

So forgive me if I shed no tears for this fuckhorn driving nearly twice the speed limit who killed a teenager on his bike and is only concerned about the dings and dents the kid's body left in his car.
