Why, you ask? A co-worker of mine actually did this. Except he sat in a blue plastic repack tote instead of on a sheet of cardboard:

Sorta on topic: On another time a couple guys were sliding down the conveyor belt sitting on sheets of cardboard. Manager caught them and told them they'd be fired if they ever did that again. I then asked "If I go up the conveyor belt sitting on a piece of cardboard, will I get promoted?"
