Twin has to pay for his brother's tickets

EDWIN Harris got over $1500 in traffic tickets in Philly. He left the area, not seen since. Every year since then, EDWARD Harris (Edwin's twin brother) has been harrassed, threatened with his license to be suspended, etc. Judge this time says "pay or go to jail." Edward pays.

Absolutely not fair. Why should the law-abiding twin be penalized for his brother's misconduct? This is a miscarriage of justice.

Shame on Judge Adams. I hope Edward gets his good name cleared.
