Wow, I'm impressed by this. Two letters and an article about customer service/tipping in three major metro areas outside of Chicago.

The first letter was a little whiny to me,but it's unfortunately true about the lack of respect retail employees receive. As far as the delivery and tipping articles, there were a lot of valid points as to why some other occupations do not have to depend on the generosity or lack there of from their customers tips to make a living unlike those who are servers or delivery drivers.
