1. Don't bother wearing the limited disguise you brought.

2. Run away from the scene and when the dye pack explodes you begin stripping off your clothes

3. Return to the scene.

Actually, the concept isn't all that stupid. After all, to quote Willie Sutton, "That's where the money is". Already stupid would be like some guys in Columbia who tried to rob a Karate school - those places typically don't have a lot of money lying around, but they do tend to have plenty of fit people who know martial arts.
