The effect this has on the ruling just handed down is he's likely to not find a lawyer willing to file anything on his behalf. We'll likely hear of him being jailed for contempt shortly, since he's not going to let this stifle his efforts.

Well, we mustn't forget that his wife is also a practicing lawyer, so even with the injunction, it's possible he may still be able to get things filed.

I think his issue was removing the censor blur when the Sims went to the bathroom or took a shower or decided to wash up in the kitchen sink naked.

The thing with The Sims was that he claimed that when you removed the censor blur, they were anatomically correct, which is just a lot of hogwash out of the mouth of someone who has never played the game. As mentioned, they have all the sexuality of children's dolls, and not the kind that can go potty.

It's not likely at all even if she tried, as there is a considerable conflict of interest. It's also why she has not been involved with any hearings involving him, despite her being a prominent member of the Bar Council.
