    Sean Patrick Conroy, manager of a Starbuck's in Philadelphia, PA was attacked by four truant teens, who police say attacked Conroy to amuse themselves. Conroy died of "asthma contributed to by blunt force injuries" according to the medical examiner, who ruled the death a homicide. http://www.philly.com/philly/news/ho...olice_say.html

        That was just sick and wrong on all levels to attack and kill somebody for sheer amusement.

                  There seem to be an awful lot of stories like this, where "bored" teenage thugs assault and kill someone just for "entertainment". It's a depressing and horrifying statement of today's society.

                    Unfortunately, there have always been stories of "bored" people doing heinous things to unwitting victims for no reason whatsoever.

                    The only thing that has changed, really, is that reporting has gone up. So, there are more stories, but not necessarily more actions to prompt the stories.
