    I've been perusing anti-suicide sites today (activism, not because I'm contemplating) then I see this in NOTW. I hope the guy makes it, and kudos to the operator for acting quickly, but I couldn't help but smirk at the part where the worker mentions that they were 15 seconds from getting off for the day when this happened... just when you think you've seen it all, something pops up in the last 5 minutes to make a bad day worse!

    But seriously, I hope the workers aren't traumatised and that the guy recovers physically and mentally

    HOLY SHIT!!!!! I'm glad they were able to save the guy in time, but I really hope they weren't too traumatized after that incident.

      Wow. I'll bet you when the guy recovers, he never considers suicide again.

      But those poor workers! Honestly, I would have tossed my lunch after that happened!

        From my own experence, it never really dies, you just suppress it.


        Strangly enough I was just reading worst ways to die list in a magazine, and wood chipper was on there.

          They were talking about this on the radio this morning. I feel so bad for those workers. You never in your wildest dreams expect this to happen. Hope the guy recovers. Hope he gets the help he needs too.
