    • who she's crying for after she got caught shoplifting. If I ever got caught shoplifting, my mom would be the last person I'd want to see.
Amen to that one Im 5'8 and a thick woman! My mom is 4'9 and is 110 and as cute as cute could be.....Im 29 and that woman still terrifies me. If I was that stupid I would beg for her not to be called and if she was I would beg the cops to keep her away from me! That woman has superpowers when it comes to throwing shoes!

Parents need to stop being their kids friends and stop bailing them out of the trouble they get into.

People who are in intense emotional states have been known to do truly bizarre things . . .

. . . Still, I wonder if this girl had even the slightest inkling of how utterly stupid she looked, crying for her mommy like a two-year-old.

You know, I've been thinking about it . . . and I really don't know how my mother would have reacted if I had ever been arrested.

(When I was growing up, I was far from a perfect child . . . but most of the headaches I gave my mother had to do with grades and schoolwork. I always steered well-clear of the kind of trouble that would land me in a jail cell.)

I don't think that she would have left me in jail, though. She probably would have bailed me out right away, driven me straight home . . . and then proceeded to make me wish to God that she had left me in the jail cell.

One thing's for sure, though . . . There is no way in the world that my mother would have made any excuses for my actions, let alone attack the police for arresting me . . .

. . . Both of which, sadly, it appears that that girl's mother is very likely to do.

I agree with everybody here. If her immediate reaction to being arrested was to cry for her mother, then it's a near-certainty that her mother is one of those parents who constantly bail their children out of trouble, make excuses for their behavior, and adamantly refuse to believe that their precious darlings could ever really do anything wrong.

      Sad.
“Excuse me. Is this bracelet real jade?”
“Ma’am, this is a thrift shop. The tag on the bracelet says $1.50. It comes with a matching mood ring. What do you think?”
      “I don’t know.”
      “Yes, it’s real.”

and ... yes the arms WILL go in that position, despite protests. our instructor had big muscles, so it was harder to get his arms behind his back even tho he wasn't resisting... and it still worked.
You can always use the rear stack method, although its more effective with rigid cuffs than linked ones.

If laughing at her is wrong I don't want to be right. Also, i remember Paris Hilton yelling for mom after she was sent back to jail.

            "You're hurting me!"

No you dumb ! If you would put your PHONE DOWN and quit trying to make a phone call your hands wouldn't be bent in that way. No one's hurting you but yourself!

              I laughed. I'm horrible.

But DAYUM that undercover guy must have gone DEAF after that screeching! I had to turn my volume WAY way down!

I was like her a long time ago when I was like 6 years old. My brother would hold me down and tell me that he'd let go when I calmed down. I would scream bloody murder just like her because I was so frustrated.

But because of that, I know that she's just throwing a fit to have a fit. Her screaming about him "Hurting her arm" is really more from her struggling against him than it is the handcuffs or anything.

There's really no excuse for that kind of brat attack if you're older than eight.

The guy recording the scene was an idiot, though. He only escalated the situation by yelling "YOU GOING TO JAIL. YOU GOING TO JAIL." Seriously, the last thing you need is to be arrested with people cheering you on to jail.
