I was amused by the "If Larry and Lacel Brown are American citizens, thier baby was born on South Korean airplane, flying over Canadian territory, whats the nationally of the child?" but yeah, a lot of those comments were odd.

I thought airlines had a policy that didn't allow women to fly in their third trimester. It says she was seven months pregnant at the time though, can anyone clairfy?
How was I supposed to know someone was slipping you Birth Control in the food I've been making for you lately?

Me too, but I thought it was a no-no in general for pregnant women (especially in the 3rd trimester) to fly. I'm happy that the mom and baby are doing fine.

It depends on the doctor. If the doctor gives a letter saying that they feel that the pregnant woman can fly with no complications then they can.
I think that this doctor figured that she was okay to fly and that if anything did happen (which it did.) that her husband being an EMT would be able to handle without causing a huge scene (which he did.)
My friend flew to NY from TX during her 9th month because her FIL had died. All she had to do was get the okay and she did. (She had the baby in NY 2 days later.)
With all the news about the airlines going in the dumper over bad service and higher prices, wouldn't be funny if a headline read, "Woman gives birth on airplane while the airlines suffer a spontaneous abortion".
Actually, with the service delays that seem to be getting more common, I wouldn't be surprised if she had only been in her first trimester when she boarded.
Any fool can piss on the floor. It takes a talented SC to shit on the ceiling.
actually 1st trimester you shouldnt fly, and you shouldnt fly after 34 weeks. if she was 7 monthes she would have been about 30ish so it should have been ok... now you can fly after 34 weeks but if you have any risk at all you should not fly long flights. in the country across a few states is fine but if you had to go to say france or china or korea? no just say no
