School calls CPS about alleged sexual abuse because the teaching assistant's psychic (yes PSYCHIC) told her about it in a reading.

Oh for the Love of the FSM! My mother is a teacher and if they had of gotten that complaint/allegation about a Physic her Principle would of laughed the Assistant out of the office!

These claims can cause so much damage and when people throw them around like that it makes the jobs of the people investigating so much harder!

Unfortunately, this shit happens all the time... You are not insulated. It does not matter that you are a good parent.. Today allegations are usually considered true until you prove them wrong.

Last year, my daughter's neighbor (who owed us several hundred dollars) called the school and told them my daughter had had a drug overdose and the state needed to take the child. My daughter had been taken to the hospital by ambulance because of a back spasm.

The school called the state and would not let us pick up Lamar. It took several hours for the State Police to determine that she was in the hospital for a back problem and there were no drugs involved.

The school's attitude was that all complaints are real until we are shown otherwise. Since that day we have signed power of attorney paperwork so that If there is any question about our daughter's health, WE have custody.

That is an issue for fratching,and, in fact, I'm pretty sure there are already several discussions over there regarding that issue.

Honestly, this is so utterly ridiculous that I really hope she wins the suit against the school board. They should have to pay for the girl's treatments for the rest of the school year since they have so profoundly proven that they are no where ANY child needs to be.

I feel so awful for the Mom & Daughter.
