First off the yayness, they are finally breaking ground on the west valley line of trax, the confusion is kinda funny... if you read it you'll notice that they are expecting the line to carry up to 12,000 passengers a day... before it opens

Its going to be finished by one date, which I imagine is the 4th station, but before that date people will still be able to ride to the other three...
