Chimpanzee on the loose in Southern California

Not that I wish to alarm anybody, but there'a chimpanzee on the loose in Southern California, possibly in a national forest in the area.

I gotta wonder--how did his owners manage to get him into the U.S. from Tanzania? Oh, and the guy is missing his nose, testicles, foot, and parts of his buttocks and legs from a chimpanzee attack. This is the kind of in-depth reporting you can only get from a news outlet like CNN.
