I think Nick Nolte's mugshot looked more like "tanked as hell" to me. Andy Dick's mugshot was just too creepy for words.....*shudder*. They said that he had Xanax (and no prescription for it...) and marijuana on him and was really wasted. Besides that, he's had quite the laundry list of drug issues, assault and such. That dude needs a serious kick in the ass.
