    I love what she is claimed to have said:

    "This is ridiculous! I'm a first clast passenger!"

    Just because you are First Class doesn't mean you are a God to be waited on hand and foot, nor does it mean you should be served ahead of others who asked for help before you did.

    I also love the fact than in pure SC fashion this whole incident was over a small mark the size of a COIN. Good grief.

      The incident happened in December 05. It's just now gone to civil court.

      I'm sure Mrs. Osteens behavior was uncalled for to some degree. How bad? I don't know.

      But I think this lawsuit is a money grab. Especially when they brought up race, hemorrhoids , and post traumatic stress (after all, she still flies). And asking for 10% of her worth is just outrageous.

      My opinion? Had it been an assault like they are claiming, Vicky would have been arrested on the spot. As it is, the airline didn't call the cops.

        I agree with Jayel on the lawsuit being a money grab, but there was no excuse for the PW to act out like that over something so trivial.
