    WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice signed a new nuclear trade deal Friday with the United States which she said will unlock a vast potential partnership.
    So, we're signing deals with ourselves? I know the US doesn't have the best reputation in the world right now but this is pretty desperate..

    (BTW - it's supposed to read "with India")
