PLEASE HELP ! Survey on MBTA charlie card system

Hey all,

I had to create a survey for one of my classes so I wanted to see if some of you would be willing to take it. Like the title says, it is on the MBTA charlie card system. It is 10 questions and will only take like 10 minutes.


I only ask that people whom have been to Boston in the recent past used the T with or without the Charlie Card system. This is only to see who has had problems with the system if they have used it.

I've only used it once, but didn't experience any problems with it.

I've had problems once or twice with a card not reading properly, and exit gates not opening unless I "sidestep" through them. Not sure how either of those would be solved...

I simply need as many people as possible to take the survey as soon as possible. It only takes a couple minutes. PLEASE HELP...Of course the people who take the survey, should have at least SEEN the new system, or used it whether or not they've had problems
