    You can see comments from people that have worked for various companies in various positions and write one of your own statements.

    It doesn't allow you to see all the reviews unless you post one of your own or sign up for an account.

    Neither of which I feel like doing. So

      Yeah that is unfortunately the one drawback to the site. On the other hand it would be easy to write a short, lame review to get access to the rest of the content.
