  • Hey-ya (Peanuts version)

This was pretty well put together. I found myself laughing at the "shake it like a polaroid picture" part.

My daughter and I enjoyed it. Thank you! Kelly was hopping and dancing right next to me with a grin on her face.

He's gonna get legally nailed to the wall. The company behind peanuts doesn't like their stuff used like this, parody or not.

May be safe under 'fair use' and 'parody' legislation. Not sure - depends how expensive the lawyers are.

Personally, I'd agree with you Raps. Their lawyers on the other hand don't, and they have went after people before for the exact same reason and won.

This is now floating around my work.
Crono: sounds like the machine update became a clusterf*ck..
pedersen: No. A clusterf*ck involves at least one pleasurable thing (the orgasm at the end).

This was done by webcomic artist Dan Hess a few years ago. United Feature Syndicate asked him to take it down and he complied, but of course it's damn near impossible to kill anything once it's on the internet. Good to see it's still floating around, albeit uncredited.
