    What makes this all the worse (as if that were possible) is that PA has a safe haven law that allows parent to abandon unwanted children at the hospital.

    I'm sad to say that a story like that doesn't surprise me anymore.

    It still sickens me, but doesn't surprise me.

    I just hope that the mother is caught and prosecuted.
