and if the hotel is found guilty they'll be in for some harsh punishment.

(i read about one baker who got back at a customer who complained over service... by baking him a free chocolate cake... a chocolate EXLAX cake that is. ... can't remember if he did any jail time but he did have to pay out a hefty fine)

though... in my opinion... instead of taking it out to a lab to get it checked... they should have just called the cops and had a police report filed. ... having the police verify that the free dessert smelled like human poo in the report would really add weight to their claims. ... not to mention stifling the restaurant's claim that the family is just complaining to get money.

That is one of the most disturbing things I have ever read. I seriously wouldve just beat somebody down had I or my family eaten any of that. (Yes, I realize that violence solves nothing!!)

Thats just wrong.
