Not all the time. Some Portlanders are.... hubba hubba, even Plaidman gets the nerve to stare rather then feel ashamed that he drools.

Well, that's it, then. I hereby nominate ThePhoneGoddess and Plaidman to be the official CS attendees/judges/droolers at the Voodoo Dougnuts contest. They are to be present throughout the contest, taking notes (and, if allowed, still photos and video footage). They are to state their personal favorites among the contestants. Interviews with the participants are encouraged.
