If he was telling the truth about selling 3000 shirts a week, TSH makes damn good money, the cost of producing t-shirts is bugger all.

When you consider what that stunt did for his business, it's pretty impressive.

Actually, the cost of producing silk-screen printed shirts is pretty high, depending on the quality of the base shirt, and the number of colours.

Some of his shirts are probably pretty expensive, and add in the cost of a fufillment company (what, you think he does all that shipping himself?) and you have an ok profit margin. Top that off with paying staff, and while he still does pretty well for himself, 3,000 shirts a week is the low end of what he'd need to do to stay in business.

Hell, when I was silk screening in the US the cost of the shirts came to about $4-$5 total.

I've wanted the "who needs big t*ts" (front) "when you have an a** like this"(back) for quite a while... haven't had the guts though...
