Is it any wonder people have no faith in the US Judicial system?

So if one night while I'm driving to work and a drunk leaps out in front of me, it's totally my fault?

That seems bleek. I'm from Wisconsin and people get toasted way early....not to mention that the economy has just made drinking problems worse. Bars are packed every night.
