Okay, so I'm gonna brag a bit.
Check out this map of this 'adventure ride'. The map is from last year but the ride is the same. I did this on Saturday last week.
32km (20miles) of up and down trail riding - you can see the altitudes on the link. I think I spent about an hour and a half on the bike, and at least two and a half hours just pushing my bike up hill! LOL
Still, it was great fun! Good challenge. Awesome scenery (Chronicles of Narnia was filmed here).
