The news is reporting that David Carradine was found hanged in his hotel room in Bangkok while filming a movie.

Investigations are underway to determine if it was suicide or murder.

The local paper in Bangkok themselves have reported varying stories, one stating that an "unidentified police source" reported him hanging from the curtain rope, and another stating that a maid had discovered his body half naked in a closet.

David Carradine's death ruled no suicide

They have to get more info from the Thai authorities, but it looks like, after 2 autopsies, that he didn't commit suicide.

I found him on itunes reading an audiobook

According to his website he was also an accomplished artist and also recorded music.

They have some of his artwork and some selections of music he recorded online too. He was talented in numerous ways and was well-liked by so many who worked with him throughout the years.

Rest well, Grasshopper. You will be sorely missed by many.
