    I think its freaking cool. Looks amazing. I hope he isn't in too much trouble. Seriously, that can't be the most important thing they have to worry about.

    How many of those things get run over and destroyed anyway. Now they're art and 10x more awesome.

    It sounds like he stole the materials, so while I think he shouldn't get in trouble for the monster, he should get in trouble for the thefts.

      It seems like the company that owns the barrels thinks it's funny and doesn't want to press charges (according to the link I got). In that case, doesn't the city have better things to waste money on?
