Some lady is suing White castle because she went through the drive-thru on a mobility scooter and they refused to serve her.

Heaven forbid she should win this one, it'll just open the floodgates for other vehicles coming through...I can just imagine some jagoff trying to pull this off on a Big Wheel.

Drive-throughs are meant for cars. It's meant for safety. God-forbid if somebody pulled up to a drive -through on a bicycle & right behind them a car didn't stop quick enough & plowed right into them. That would be enough to make drive-throughs all but extinct.
A mobility scooter is nothing but a glorified bicycle.
