Most likely not street worthy (but also a lot of times they just don't want to sell them here). The highway safety board usually wants something like 5 cars to "smash" for testing - many car companies don't want to do that especially for limited edition cars.

To be far to the Tata Nano its design ethiv was put together a steel cage that can compete with scooter prices. Because it's fairly common to load 4 people onto a scooter there.

Wait......I know there at least USED to be BMW wagons in the States because Hubby's boss had one! He bought it brand new in 2007 I think cause it was right after Son was born.

most of the BMW wagons in the states (to my knowledge, please dont take it as doctrine) are 80s and early 90s. the 2010 BMW wagons aren't scheduled to be released in the USA. the reason is because most of their early releases of wagons in the state (again i THINK early 80s) flooped. most people in the states dont know BMW makes wagons.

You can get one of those here in Finland with left-seat drive for about 10 to 13 kilo-euros +tax. Are you serious that ford does not sell this in the states? It pretty much dominates pizza delivery businesses here.
