    America's Creepiest Roads

Obviously they've never driven down Steven King's road in Bangor, ME.

Is it scary 'cos Steven King lives there or because the road is actually haunted?

Old Victorian houses, black iron gates, either black iron or stone fences.

Oh, and he pays the city NOT to light his street.

It looks like something straight out of a horror film.

Children who are brave enough to go trick or treating at his house are usually rewarded nicely (with lots of candy).

I've been to the one in San Antonio. Real or not, it's creepy when your car starts moving seemingly on its own.
I have a...thing. Wanna see it?

OoO! I'm taking Child Rum up to his house this Halloween!

That's awesome that he actually hands out candy and stuff for the braver trick-or-treaters.

But .. do his neighbors mind the no-lighting-on-the-street thing?

I've never been to any of the roads. This must go on my "List of things to do before I die". Hmmm ... I also want to go to the Winchester House.

I've been to the Winchester House, and want to go on Halloween some year. It's very cool.

If you've read The Dark Tower, there's even more reason to be creeped out by his road.
