OK, this guy is a new level of

Now, my old boss did allow employees with difficult to pronounce names to use a pseudonym while at work (of course, you had to tell him you were using one so that he knew who people were talking about, and it had to be a 'real' name), but he'd never go so far as to require it. Of course, that hotel owner appears to just be a racist
