Remember the lady that tried to scream discrimination because they wouldn't serve her in the drive-thru because she was in a motorized scooter and not in a car. Here are the results of the case.

So she's basically saying it's a "human rights violation" to be denied those nasty onion-flavored little square burgers???

If that's the case it sure as hell feels good to be commiting humans rights violations on myself whenever I drive past that restaurant.

This was a safety issue, not discriminatory.

well i think of it like this...
is it really discrimination? if they don't serve walking patrons - just driving ones - in the drive through... then they're not treating her any differently than they're treating others
