That reminhds me of when I was working in a store once when a customer made a bomb threat. No, not over the phone, in person, because he was bad we coulnd't exchange is waterlogged phone.

We called the police form the back while it was business as usual in the store - the asked the caller to walk outside and around the corner. Two plain clothed officers came in and when they gave the OK the store was rushed with at least half a dozen police officers.
