what's sad is that the people commenting there (at least some of them) automatically decided the worker deserved it.

I find it surprising that a McDonalds worker would be rude and insulting to any person, NOT! It seems they are all tattooed, pierced and bordering on illiterate. Very rarely does one find the traditional all American youth behind those counters any more.
