seal. (Tried to come up with a good pun. Couldn't think of anything..)

Lol, this is the town my brother lives in.

You'd think "officials" would take a few minutes to find out the best way to deal with a seal, instead of just dumping it into the nearest waterway . I hope he's OK.

On another note, NJ apparently doesn't proofread...
