Call it whatever you want, ditchdj, this is still sad.

      That's not Karma. That's murder.

It wasn't given clear to them what was happening to the lady. Likely happened like this

CW: Yeah, think my coworker is like, sick or something. She's pregnet.

      EMT: What's happening?

CW: I don't know. I think she like, threw up or something.

      EMT: That... it?

CW: Yeah, I don't know. Just what i was told.

      EMT: ..... Right.

When he left, he still called his dispatch, and told them, but wasn't given any orders to get the person, or even checked up. I belive it when he told that he didn't know or realize it. She wasn't having a siezeure in front of everyone, and no coworker was freaking out, so it very likely wasn't shown to be as emergency as it was suppose to be. Is it horrible that she died and so did her baby? Yes. That is horrible.
But he wasn't told as clearly as it should have been, wasn't given any clues as to what was happening, and it didn't happen in front or even near him, so how can he be blamed for that?

I'm thinking this is a topic that could go fratching very quickly, so may I suggest, ditchdj, that you repost at fratching to discuss this?
Too tired of living and too tired to end it. What a conundrum.
