Hey, I like dum-dum lollipops!

I like black licorice, too, though I don't remember ever getting any for Halloween. It's always been more of an Easter jellybean sort of flavor...(though these days I much prefer it in black Sambuca form).

If your Peeps are bunnies or chicks, yeah, probably leftover. If they're pumpkins and ghosts, um, probably not. (I like Peeps but if you get them for Halloween they won't be ready to eat until at least Thanksgiving.)

My mom used to give out money (not just pennies, though; she'd just bring her change jar out to the living room and give a few coins). We got so few trick-or-treaters that it wasn't worth buying candy. She probably spent less just giving out coins. In more recent years they get a lot more kids; she usually goes to Sam's and gets a box or two of single-serve mini-cookies or something.

I agree with the black licorice. Hate the hell out of it but love the smell. dont know why. Dislike circus peanuts because of their texture and taste. dum dums are awesome especially the pina colada and cream soda ones. bit o honeys have always been a personal favorite of mine. I dont like most jelly beans with the exception of jelly bellys. they're awesome. not really fond of peeps either, sometimes I put them in my hot cocoa. strangely they taste better that way.

I love most of the stuff they put on the list, especially Dum Dums and popcorn balls. Never been fond of the peanut butter globs or the Bit o honeys. I do like the candies in the strawberry wrappers though!

Those strawberry candies really taste good in strawberry tea. popcorn balls are pretty good. The new candy corn flavors are awesome.

The rest, yes, I agree with. I'd also add anything by Palmer's. Sad to believe that chocolate can be so yucky, but Palmer's is really bad.

Me, I bought Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (lots of them!) and a bag mix with Hershey's, Whoppers, Kit Kat and more Reese's! Gee, bet you can't guess what my favorite candy is!

When I got to work today there was a big box of candy on the table in the break room. By mid-afternoon the box was gone and it was down to 13 pieces scattered on the table.

I noticed lots of DumDums, some Starbursts, Laffy Taffy, Whoppers...and one of those big swirled lollipops...which no one seemed to want. There were Snickers in the morning, I think, but they clearly didn't last long.
