  • My first EVP

Hubby has a new job and is making new friends. One of his CWs is with WSPIR (WA State Paranormal Investigations and Research). He's been going to meetings, doing investigations, and all the fun stuff. Well, I FINALLY got to go along on an EVP session (electronic voice phenomenon) with Hubs and this CW. Here are the four best EVPs we obtained, along with what Hubs and I think they say. (The last one is my favorite!)

*erms softly and coughs a bit* Maybe it's just because I'm not listening on the same speaker setup you have but... I heard NOTHING in the first two.

I heard them (turn the volume up quite a bit). Couldn't figure out what the first one was saying; "go away" and "leave" were pretty clear to me as was the agreeable one.
"I am quite confident that I do exist."
"Excuse me, I'm making perfect sense. You're just not keeping up." The Doctor

Yeah, the volume does suck. My screen capture software doesn't like to record sounds as much. Still haven't figured out a workaround for that.

A team of investigators stopped by the haunted hotel I used to work at and got an odd EVP. In response to a question asked of the empty air in our most haunted room, they got a long screech that sounded like an extremely pissed-off cat.

Actually, the "go away" clip sounds more like "go to hell" to me.
            Random conversation:
Me: Okay..so I think I get why Zoro wears a bandana
            DDD: Cuz it's cool

So, by using the Doctor's reasoning, bow ties, fezzes and bandanas are cool.
