Burger King Employee Kills Customer

I've been a lurker for a while now , but I had to submit this story. Not sure if this is the correct section, though.

Apparently an older gentleman was causing a disturbance at a Burger King, swung at an employee, the employee ducked and punched the man, causing the man to choke on his dentures.

I'm still at the fact that the BK employee killed the guy with a sucker punch, but I'm still wondering what was the disturbance the old guy caused to warrant that.
