Just deleted my own post when I found it was a duplicate of yours.

Elisabeth Sladen just seemed like a really nice person, and I really liked the character of Sarah Jane Smith. I'm glad she got to reprise the character again, even if only for a little while.

Rest in peace, Lis, and say "hi" to Jon Pertwee and Nicholas Courtney for us.

I burst out crying when I heard the news.

I have been watching Doctor Who for as long as I can remember, and she was always my favourite. She was the companion I wanted to have as a friend.

I was really upset when I first heard about this. I may not have grown up on Doctor Who, but Sarah Jane is still one of my favourite companions. It's heartbreaking to think that she's no longer around.

Rest in Peace, Elisabeth Sladen. You will never be forgotten.
