A Florida appeals court has upheld the conviction of a man and a woman for child pornography.
Who are the children they abused? Themselves.
What illegal sexual acts did they perform? None. The only thing they did that was illegal was produce a photograph of their own sexual activity.
So in the interest of protecting children like them from being exploited, the state will start them off on their adult lives with convictions for child pornography.
